​​Torrington Area Families for Autism (TAFA) is a local autism nonprofit organization
​started by parents who know firsthand what it means to raise a child living with autism. T.A.F.A. focuses on autism advocacy, increasing awareness, and promoting community inclusion. We offer parent support group meetings, community awareness campaigns, adapted social-recreational programs and events for autism families. These opportunities make a world of difference to those living with autism and their families.

These meetings are open to all parents/ guardians of children with autism spectrum disorder in and around the Torrington area. You do not need to be a Torrington resident to attend. You can register to attend these meetings under "Upcoming Events."
